Our classic short-sleeved shirt is a further development of our
bestseller - now with short sleeves, but with the same well-thought-out design
fit and practical details.
The shirt is designed for women who want a stylish, functional and
comfortable shirt for everyday life and the office. It has a classic
shirt collar, a concealed placket closure and three discreet extra buttons
at the chest, which ensures that the shirt does not gape – even when you move
you.
The shirt has a straight cut with a slight waistline and a slightly extended back that covers the buttocks. This gives a flattering and professional look,
both loose and styled with pants or a skirt.

Material & Quality
Quality: 100% LENZING™ ECOVERO™
This shirt contains 100% LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose fibers. These fibers support a natural softness and a beautiful drape. The shirt is perfect for everyday comfort.
Shrinkage: As stated on the care label, the shirt may shrink up to 3%. In our own washing tests, shrinkage is measured solely by length – not width. Therefore, we have designed the shirt with a little extra length on the sleeves. The expected shrinkage on the sleeves is 1–1.5 cm.
If you want to maintain the length, we recommend ironing the sleeves after washing. According to our tests, this will restore the full length.
Washing instructions
Quality: 100% Viscose (LENZING™ ECOVERO™)
As viscose fibers shrink a little after washing, we always recommend that you iron your shirt/blouse after washing. When it has been ironed once, it stays nice for a long time.

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose
We have chosen to produce our shirts from materials containing 100% viscose (LENZING™ ECOVERO™).
LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers are certified with the renowned EU Ecolabel for textile products (license no. AT/016/001). This label is awarded to products that meet high environmental standards.
Important criteria for evaluation include production processes that limit the use of substances that are harmful to human health or the environment, as well as minimize significant environmental impacts.
The responsible production of LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers uses at least 50% less water and emits at least 50% less CO2 compared to conventional viscose fibers according to Higg MSI^, preserving valuable resources for future generations

The material feels like silk in your hands, but is more practical as it can be washed at a regular 30 degrees. The material is durable and breathable and retains its color beautifully, even after repeated washings.

Production & Social Responsibility
All our shirts are produced at Dibella in Bangalore, India.
Dibella is certified according to leading international standards for social and environmental responsibility. For example, Dibella is Fairtrade certified. In addition, employees receive free medical care, pensions and courses to help them improve personal finances and hygiene in their local area. However, it is important for us to emphasize that our blouses and shirts do not carry the Fairtrade label, as we, at A Working Theory, are not certified ourselves, as there is no Fairtrade standard for viscose fibers.
In addition, Dibella also supports 3,900 marginalized cotton-producing families in phasing out pesticides and increasing their economic income through Chetna Organics, and invests in infrastructure that, for example, supports local children's schooling and initiatives that ensure income for women in the villages in particular outside the harvest season.
