Where can I buy your products?

You can buy our products online at our own webshop. Sometimes we also participate in design markets. To get more information about this, we recommend that you follow our instagram @a_working_theory or sign up for our newsletter.

Where can I try your products?

You have two options to try our products:

1) By appointment at our office in Kongens Lyngby. If you want to try our products at our office, write an email to kunderservice@awokringtheory.dk

2) At your own home. We have free exchanges, so it gives you the opportunity to buy our shirts and blouses and try them on in your own home. Does the size not fit? then write to kunderservice@awokringtheory.dk. When this is done, you send the product back to us using the attached return label. When we have received your exchange, we will send the new size back to dg.

What are your shirts and blouses made of?

Our shirts and blouses are made from 100% LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose fibers that are certified with the official European eco-label, the EU Flower. The EU Flower assumes environmental responsibility throughout the product's life cycle – from raw materials and production to the use phase and disposal.

How is the fit of your shirts/blouses?

The fit is relatively straight up and down, with a little bit of a waist. If you are in doubt, you are always welcome to contact our customer service at:

Are your products iron-free?

No, our products are unfortunately not iron-free and we also always recommend that you iron your shirt after washing, as viscose often shrinks a little in the wash and by ironing, the fibers stretch again.

How can I minimize ironing?

Our shirts and blouses are not iron free - But you can do a lot to reduce ironing by following our advice below.

1) Always make sure the buttons are closed and wash the shirt/blouse inside out

2) Wash your shirt/blouse on a program with low revolutions (400-600 rpm)

3) Leave the shirt/blouse to dry on a hanger, making sure to fasten all buttons

4) When you hang the shirt/blouse to dry on the hanger, gently stretch and heave the seams so they straighten out.

It is important that you do not tumble dry your shirt/blouse.

How do I best take care of my product?

We recommend that you wash your product on a 30 degree delicate wash and then let it dry on a hanger.

Where are your shirts and blouses produced?

Production takes place at our skilled supplier Dibella in India. Dibella is certified according to leading international standards for social and environmental responsibility. You can read much more about our materials and production right here

My order

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, it is important that you contact our customer service by email: kunderservice@aworkingtheory.dk as soon as possible after your order has been received, as we ship orders the same day as we receive them.

What do I do if I receive an item with a fault?

If you have received an item with a fault, you must send an email to kundeservice@aworkingtheory.dk. In the email, you attach a picture of the complaint, write your order number and describe the error.

We will then exchange the item if it is in stock and otherwise refund the money.

What do I do if my product breaks?

You always have a two-year right to complain. If your product is broken, please send a picture and an email to Kunderservice@aworkingtheory.dk. Then we will find the right solution for you together.

How do I use a discount code?

You enter your discount code or gift card at checkout. On the right-hand side under product images there is a field where it says "Discount code" and enter the code.

I forgot to enter my discount code, can it be added afterwards?

If you have forgotten to enter your discount code on your order, write to kunderservice@aworkingtheory.dk. Then we will help you

Can I use two discount codes at the same time?

No, unfortunately our system cannot handle that.

Shipment

What is your delivery time?

1-3 days. We always endeavor to ship orders the same day they are received

How much does delivery cost?

We have free delivery to private, commercial and parcel shops

Do you ship to countries other than Denmark?

Unfortunately not at the moment, but you are always welcome to contact our customer service by email: kundeservice@aworkingtheory.dk

What is your return price?

If you use the attached return label, DKK 40 will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return my items?

You have the following 2 options for returns:

1. Return with a return label from us

When you receive a package from us, a GLS return label is always attached.

The return label costs NOK 40 per use and is deducted from the amount you need to return.

2. Return where you are responsible for postage yourself

If you want to be responsible for the postage and selection of carrier yourself, you simply need to inform us about the return by email kundeservice@aworkingtheory.dk. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

The repayment takes place within 4-7 days.

REMEMBER!! that you must always notify the return per email at kundeservice@aworkingtheory.dk. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. State in the email why you want to return your item - use one of the following return codes:

B: The item is too small

C: The product is not as expected

D: Regretted purchase

E: Want to exchange the item, write to which one

F: Other, please elaborate

Can I exchange my items for a different size or color?

Yes, we have free exchange. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please write to our customer service at: kundeservice@awokringtheory.dk. When this is done, you send the item back to us using the attached return label. When we have received your goods, we will send the requested goods back to you.
