A Working Theory ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Anyday & MobilePay. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

When paying with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically end. Read more about terms for use of Anyday here:


A Working Theory ApS aims to ship orders placed before 15 the same day, orders are then sent the next working day.

We ship to all of Denmark. We offer free delivery throughout Denmark. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order or to the specified parcel shop, unless otherwise agreed.

We do not deliver abroad (also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland).

Your goods can be sent by DAO or GLS.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact customer service.

Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days after A Working Theory has approved your order. Longer delivery times can be expected around busy periods such as sales and Christmas. A Working Theory cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS or DAO. In the event of severely delayed goods or missed deliveries, we will of course send you a new item if we have stock.

When ordering both stock items and items specified as a pre-order/order item, we reserve the right to send the order together when the order items are in stock. We reserve the right for printing errors and stock management errors.


If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped. Then you still have 14 days to cancel your order. See the section below regarding the right of cancellation and return.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase on, you are welcome to return the item to us. It is a prerequisite that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, that it has not been damaged or washed. There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Note that if you have chosen delivery to the parcel shop, the cancellation period starts on the day the order is delivered to the parcel shop.

Return costs are your own responsibility.

Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. Note: We do NOT accept packages sent by cash on delivery or parcels sent without distribution. That is We do not receive packages sent to parcel shops.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

You bear the risk for the goods from the time the goods are made. Remember to get a receipt for handing in the package.

You can also use the attached return label. If you use the attached return label, DKK 40 will be deducted from your refund.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time.

ATTENTION! it is not possible to collect or deliver packages directly to our address unless this has been agreed in advance.


It takes 4-7 business days from the time we receive the package until we refund the amount to the payment card used. However, there may be longer waiting times around Christmas, sales and public holidays.


There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material, manufacturing and if the product has been damaged during transport to you. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.

For complaints, you can contact us directly by email Please elaborate on what the problem is with the product in question. If the complaint is accepted by us, we will refund the entire purchase price and all transport costs.

You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error.
